Audi R8 V12 TDI Concept

Power for the concept comes from the automakers race-derived 6.0 liter V12 diesel motor. The engine produces 500 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque.

Audi would equip the R8 with a diesel engine for the 2009 model year, although Audi's TDI V8 was assumed to be the leading candidate.

Other highlights of the show car include a glass roof, an increased use of carbon fiber, revised front and rear aprons, and larger air intakes all around.

The Malaysian midi-SUV/MPV market is about to get crowded very soon with the addition of Toyota Rush 7-seater aka Dahaitsu Be-Go/Terios long wheelbase version. How to Choose a GT Wing

1. Choose the car models

There are a lot of brands and models. For example, please refer to the following table. Also, the tuning cars and such that need to be installed on the outer side of the trunk, or on the side of the fender, are deliberated early on from the stages of molding process. (There may be cases when charges are separately or additionally due.)

2. The Wing type

What is considered as the best condition is when the area-wise portion of Wing slightly exceeds beyond that of car�s rear train. Whether to make this proportion between them larger or smaller, simply depend on the Users� preference or choice of styling. Wings narrower than the maximum width of the car by more than 330mm, is considered to be in conformance with the safety criteria (the Japa nese Standard). Depending on some models however, there could be ones that may NOT come within the said standrange of criteria.

3. The Wing width
For wing width, we use Voltex as a reference

Type II or III is recommended for cars with a rounded rear train.


While for a square rear train, Type IV or V is recommended.


Type I having a 1500mm width is applicable to either (rounded or square). Also, with a Wing having the same width, the types can be determined according to the amount of down force; (greater the down force,) Type III ?Type V ?Type II ?Type I ?Type IV.

New Note Models and Technology
Note�s strong model lineup includes a value-leading 15RS model, newly added to strengthen the Sporty grade. Additionally 15G, 15G FOUR, 15X and 15X FOUR models are available in a "Plus navi HDD" version, which includes an exclusive HDD-based navigation system with a high-speed, large-capacity 30-gigabyte hard disk drive, wide 7-inch liquid crystal monitor, touch panel, TV, VICS FM multiplex receiver, Music Stocker, iPod� Control*, CD player and electronically tuned AM/FM radio; green-tinted UV-blocking windshield glass with a top shade; and two rear speakers.

Refreshed Exterior Styling
The 2008 Note features a new front end design, with new headlights, hood, grille and bumper. Sporty, Environmentally Responsible Powertrain
Available with both 2WD and 4WD drivelines, the 2008 Note remains easy to drive, with low fuel consumption and clean emissions. Improvements have been made to the HR15DE 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine and XTRONIC CVT, which enables all 2WD models to comply with the requirements of the new JC08 fuel economy and exhaust emission test mode*1.

Confirmed on the basis of the recently adopted JC08H + JC08C emissions test mode*1, which better reflects actual driving conditions, 2WD Note models emit 75% fewer nitrogen oxides (NOx) and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) than the levels required under Japan's 2005 exhaust emission regulations. 4WD Note models also attain the same reduced emission levels under the 10-15+11 test mode.

Additionally, due to the adopted JC08 test mode*1, as well as on conventional 10-15 test mode data, fuel economy figures have been realigned for 2WD Note models which more closely matches actual fuel consumption in real-world driving.
